I have worked as the Physiotherapy Team Leader for Internal Medicine Services since 2015. During this time, I have partnered closely with Eat Walk Engage colleagues on initiatives to improve patient care and experience, delivered staff education on mobility promotion and prevention of functional decline, and collaborated on research focused on mobility communication and mobility promotion. Sally is passionate about helping patients remain physically and cognitively active throughout their hospital stay to minimise the impact of hospitalisation and enable patients to return home safely with as much independence as possible.
