Patient Care initiatives are to support patient and/or family wellbeing, satisfaction, and experience while they or their loved ones receive care. Patient care initiatives should demonstrate a strong patient-centred approach to holistic care, providing compassionate
support beyond clinical care.

STEP 1

Download and read the Patient Care Grant Application Guidelines to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and for detailed information on completing your application.

STEP 2

PREPARE THE APPLICATION

You can use the Patient Care Grant Sample Application Form as a guide to build your grant application prior to submitting via our Good Grants platform.

STEP 3

LODGE THE APPLICATION

Submit your application via our Good Grants Platform. You will have to log in with your QLD Health email to create an account, if you don't already have one. Once you are registered as a user, you can complete and submit your grant application. You may save your application as a draft and edit it up until the submission deadline.

ASSESSMENT

Your application will be evaluated according to the RBWHF Patient Care Grant Scoring Criteria.
