The second edition of “Royal Mums: A Collection of Memories (Volume2)” is a beautifully presented book of stories, photos and recollections about having babies at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital over the past 75 years. There are stories and photos that recount what it was like to be at the hospital during World War II, memories of watching the Ekka fireworks, and many tales that demonstrate just exactly how much the approach to having babies has changed over the years.
This incredibly special and uniquely “Royal” books is a perfect keepsake for your family to hand down through the generations as it also features an Honour Roll listing the names, and years of giving birth, of all women registered in our Royal Mums program.
The Honour Roll has been updated for this 2nd Edition and now includes mums registered after the book was originally published in early 2012 up to late October 2013.
All profits from the Royal Mums book will be used to fund the Milk Bank in the Neonatal Unit at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
